Does Plumco charge for Delivery?
We Offer free local delivery from any of our branches, you can find your local branch here.
We also can offer deliveries that are not local to our branches but we will charge for these depending on the distance, please contact us for more information on delivery.
What time will my order be delivered?
We don't usually give out specific delivery times for deliveries but we do allow you to select delivery in the morning or afternoon
Will the Driver need help to unload the goods?
Depending on the size of the order it is possible that the driver will need help unloading.
How many days do I have to report a problem with my items?
Once your items are delivered you have 7 days to contact us regarding a return for stock items, if the items are damaged you have 3 days to contact us about a return/replacement
What if I want to cancel my order or return an item?
If you want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched then let us know as soon as possible.
If you would like to return your items then please refer to the question above.
The item must be in its original packaging in an unused condition and fit for immediate resale. We may apply a re-stocking charge depending on the circumstances. If the item is not a stock item then the item may not be eligible for a return, this will be decided at our discretion.
We accept cash, cheque and all major credit and debit cards including American Express.
What payment methods do you accept?
Will you install any of the goods I have purchased?
We do not install any of the items that we sell but we would be happy to recommend local installers, just contact your local branch here and ask them for recommendations.
